Rooftop smoked cheddar comes in a 200 g block. You can choose it to cut for a platter or add to a sandwich and other hot dishes. The difference is how you intend to use the cheese and which other ingredients you need, not a promise of fixed servings per pack.
What the cheddar product page describes
The smoked cheddar product page presents it as vintage cheese aged for 18 months and smoked with oak firewood. It declares UK origin and pasteurized cow's milk. It is not a raw-milk cheese, nor does it need to become a recipe to explain its format.
The 200 g is the weight of the cheese. For a platter, decide how much you want to cut and what else to offer. For cooking, the quantity depends on the dish and other ingredients; the block size does not establish a tested sandwich count.
For a platter: cheese and separate accompaniments
You can combine cheddar pieces with bread, fruit or an acidic accompaniment served separately. Nuts, if included, add their own allergens. There is no need to fill the platter entirely with smoked foods or combine every component in one dish.
The platter selection guide explains format comparisons. The organization and serving guide covers containers, utensils and staged serving. These are separate decisions from buying the cheese.
In Rooftop's Pastrami DIY
In the original Pastrami DIY video, between 00:33 and 00:42, the cheese is cut and placed on bread. The assembly also includes pastrami, mustard and sauerkraut. The preparation page brings together its chapters and products.
The video does not establish cheddar weights per sandwich, servings or total cooking time. It is not a separate ten-minute cheddar-and-trout recipe or a cheese tasting. It shows a specific use of the product within another assembly.
A pack or separately bought ingredients
If you choose the Pastrami DIY box, check its current contents: it brings together cheddar and other products for this combination. This helps avoid buying an ingredient already in the pack twice; your chosen bread is a separate component.
When buying separately, you can choose sliced pastrami, beer mustard and sauerkraut. Check each product's instructions before preparing the dish.
Ingredients, allergens and storage
The declared cheddar composition includes pasteurized cow's milk, salt, lactic cultures and vegetable rennet. It contains MILK and may contain traces of FISH, MUSTARD and SULPHITES. Vegetable rennet does not make the cheese vegan.
The page states storage between 2 and 6 °C and consumption within five days after opening. Also follow the label and date on the pack received. Do not transfer that period to a prepared sandwich or other foods served with the cheese.
Check price and availability on the product page. Delivery destinations and times are confirmed when buying; this guide does not guarantee rapid delivery to every address.
