SMOKED OIL

The Smoked Oil is an extra virgin from a variety of ancient olive trees from the Pyrenees of Lleida, called Negral. It is subtly smoked in oak wood. It is ideal to combine it with simple, high-quality foods such as asparagus, mushrooms or white fish.
